Submitting a Claim

For assistance or to provide feedback, please reach out to us at support@shopnamora.com. If your issue is validated, we will send you a new nail wrap kit along with detailed application instructions. Please note that we are unable to accept returned items. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us right away at support@shopnamora.com. We will evaluate the situation and take appropriate steps to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or purchases made with coupon codes. Any additional cost relating to shipping, express shipping, COD charges will not be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shopnamora.com
